Subject: Re: Karyna's flight

Morning girls. I have never rec'd an email from Amex either re a flight delay. I think it may
be possible to go into the actual airline website and sign up for an alert to be sent to you
but I have never done it and do not know for sure. Something to investigate I suppose. I
know when you buy a ticket from say American airlines, they give you an option to sign up for
alerts. But like you say we must use Amex centurion to book all flights. Possibly this is an
extra new step we must take.
(What I really want to say is why didn't Karyna check on her own flight? !?! ) Do you think
francis will check on his flight today? Is this something that is supposed to be watched
now? Please.

That's why I go through the ordeal of always booking with Amex because I know he will freak
if we don't

I'm not aware of Amex ever sending flight notifications. Orbitz does. That's why I like
booking through Orbitz. I have seen no difference in booking through Amex vs Orbitz.. do you
guys?

want to check whether Amex or the airline sent you any notifications as I did not book the
flight. I know when I book myself through Orbitz I always get notifications but it doesn't
seem to happen through Amex.
