Lesley, You and Ike should go up to the property and see if this house should not be moved toward the front of the lot. Maybe about 65 ft off the road. It would be about 30 ft closer to the main road. That way the existing back yard could accommodate a pool and play room for Tyler. I know I already mentioned this and I may be wrong just wanted you guys to be sure. This is one of those things I can't change.
