I want to let you know that I have a Third Circuit mediation that date and am not sure I would be available (depending on the time our mediation starts, etc.) but another lawyer from the office could go (probably Denise) and of course, Bob DeJongh could go along with a "client representative". I told her I thought the client would want the earliest possible date, but I would check and call her back. if we want that date, she'll put us on. What is your preference on this?
