Jeffrey should be signing in his role as Trustee. CT Corporation requires a simple Declaration of Trust in order to agree to serve as the required DE trustee- however this will clearly need to be amended so that we can have the correct dispositive provisions, etc. This short form Declaration will suffice to get the entity formed. I have also attached CT's trust agreement for serving as trustee and the revised certificate of trust as commented on by you. I believe these are all of the documents that need to be signed by Jeffrey today. The EDC app is filed electronically so no signature is necessary. Please let me know if you have any questions. I am going to be out of pocket for the next 30 minutes or so.
