I am disappointed that Darren Indyke is now told by Jack Scarola that you now refuse to meet with me, though I recognize that we had considered that a meeting might be unnecessary. I had hoped to be able to resolve all outstanding issues and to follow up with your idea for what I thought was a global settlement. I have just been told that unless I agree to the demand regarding your case, you will not agree to meet with me with respect to the [REDACTED]e case. This appears not to be a continuation in the spirit of what appeared to me to be productive discussions.
