We have accepted a number of your revisions and made some adjustments of our own. We think it makes more sense to have Spector deliver a release in connection with the settlement rather than make him a signatory to the Agreement. See Section 3.4. We expect this should satisfy your request with respect to Spector. We are in the process of preparing a proposed release for Spector. Of course, we will need to discuss this with his counsel.
