I was extremely impressed with Jess. Very professional, told me everything she was going to do and answered all my questions. I was very happy for the use of numbing cream and ice! She has a steady hand and was mindful to tell me to take a deep breath prior to any injection or laser. I feel like I was poked and messed with...a lot! But not in any pain. So far been with the family and have not had an opportunity to truly investigate my face. I feel like it might be best to look tomorrow! Such a wonderful experience and I am truly grateful to Jeffrey and you!! I will make another appt soon for follow up! On another note, I completely forgot to tip Jess! I am not sure protocol but I was absorbed in catching up with work. Can I make it up to her next time?
