Merwin tried calling from a land line both numbers that were given...the 881 number he could not get through on ...the other number did connect him to an automated attendant...he pressed 1, but was not connected to the plane_(he can tell you more if you need to know more exact info... since he is the one who called) Jeffrey believes we may need to dial a country code before dialing the numbers? Can you research...perhaps it is "011" for the 881 number? not sure...I had Merwin try to dial "1" before both numbers_Merwin, did that work? (sorry, I was a bit crazy this morning and not exactly sure what worked for you...even though you told me!) I could not make either number work from a cell phone regardless of adding the "1" or not...i did not try adding "011" Thanks! Lesley EFTA00449587
