Our guests all want to move out of the apartment due to the smell...I don't know if it is coming from downstairs and coming up through the vent but it is worse in the evening (someone smoking when they get home from work?) Please, is there something that can be done about this? ventilation? fans? make the person who is smoking stop smoking? offer them the patch?...what to do! Apt. 11P is not livable. ....we have tried Fabreeze, etc... Please let me know. I need to put a guest in 11P on Dec. 4.... Thanks, EFTA00464934
