I can check availability for upgrade, but you will have to handle it your self with airline directly, once the ungradable coach is issued. He can use AMEX points to issue first/business class ticket, and conversion is 1.000SD=100 points, and he will get 20% back from the amount of points was used, we can do that, easy. However, he only wants to use points when we get more than a penny a point...The way to think about this is: EXAMPLE- if a ticket cost $700.00, multiple the ticket price times 100...700x100= 70,000.
