Attached please find all the subscription and legal related materials for becoming an LP, and below is a list of all the attachments to help keep track of them. 1) The "PPM" 2) "Form ADV- Part 2A" is the firm's brochure 3) The "Agreement of Limited Partnership" (ALP) 4) "Subscription Documents." Complete this one to become a limited partner. 5) The "New Investor Side Letter" allows new investors to become eligible for management fees discounts to the 2% in the PPM and includes a lock-up election form. Let me know if you have questions about lock-up discounts and how to complete the form. 6) "Additional Required Documents" 7) "ChoicePoint Identity Verification Form" 8) "Wire Instructions" We can start a new investment on the 1st of any month. We need just a few days to review sub docs before okaying the wire, and the wire needs to be in before the 1st of the month. Please reach out with any questions or if I may provide anything else.
