He said Jared was in New Jersey delivering a generator. I asked Brian if he knew about our order and he said no. I then entered the office and saw their bookkeeper who i spoke with once on the phone with Daphne. I handed her Darren's letter and said we would like back our 46,000. She said she would have to speak with Jared who was in New Jersey and that Jared was aware of the money owed to us. had a number of what appeared to be invoices to be billed in front of her and as you can see in garage they are actively working on a large generator. If they are an authorized dealer with norpro should we make them aware of our situation. Please advise. Thank you.
