The only change in these from the previous versions is that CAS moved NYC offices several months ago and these have our new address, 135 E 57th Street, Suite 18-108, New York, NY 10022. Please use the most recent version of the sub doc when Jeffery decides to invest. Last time I checked in, it sounded like it would probably be in the new year. I) The "PPM" 2) "Form ADV- Part 2A" is the firm's brochure 3) The "Agreement of Limited Partnership" (ALP) 4) "Subscription Documents." Complete this one to become a limited partner. 5) The "New Investor Side Letter" allows new investors to become eligible for management fees discounts to the 2% in the PPM and includes a lock-up election form. Let me know if you have questions about lock-up discounts and how to complete the form. 6) "Additional Required Documents" 7) "ChoicePoint Identity Verification Form" 8) "Wire Instructions" We can start a new investment on the 1st of any month.
