The (5) areas on GSJ that tested positive for very high levels of mold: I. Mike's Room 2. Living Room 3. Office 4. Twin Bedroom 5. Master Bedroom The (2) areas on LSJ that tested positive for very high levels of mold: I. Kitchen 2. Theater The Gym did not come back with high levels for mold, but Seth would like to do a more invasive inspection and take samples from behind the baseboards and drywall, under the carpet and within the ceiling as the smell tells him that there are high levels of mold present somewhere. Seth cannot mobilize on 6/3 to begin remediation on 6/10. He will meet with his team this week, and we will meet on 6/3 to confirm the schedule - he said a more realistic time frame for the remediation is mid-June, but will know more on Monday, 6/3.
