He has remained firmed with those rates and told me those are his electrical rates going forward. I do know that you have an electrician on staff, we are willing to remove the electrical cost completely if you would prefer to save on costs and do the electrical in-house. If so This would bring the total costs to $54,925.00. Let me know if this works better for you and I will update the quote and resend. Otherwise, we are happy to move forward on the shaded roof for the previously quoted amount of $59,875.00 affirmatively; Start date would be one week from receipt of 35% deposit for mobilization and completion would be 4 weeks from MOB date.
