USCIS need to receive these within 10 days after the electronic filing of your application, so we need to mail them by next Monday (02/04.) You can mail the documents to our office address (below) or bring them in person. Please let me know which you prefer. Supporting Documents: 1- Copy of your passport: Personal information pages and US visa pages (I have a copy but it's a bit fuzzy, I don't want this to cause any delays. Could you make new copies?) 2- Copy of your I-94 document- both front and back (This is the white card that they attached to your passport at the airport when you entered) 3- Copy of your last EAD (I have this, you don't need to send.) 4- Two color passport pictures 5- Copy of the receipt notice for your I-589 application. (I have the referral notice for the form 1-589, so no worries if you don't have a receipt notice. But if you do have it, please send.) Please let me know if you have any questions about these.
