At the beginning of the process the priority was to get the construction started in the apartments that required full renovations. On the schedule I presented on December 15, 2014 11J was suppose to be started at the end of February but because of the constant and accumulative delays it was l ied to the end of March then it was put off so we could move apartment forward and then So by the time her parents were staying there we talked about waiting until they left. Since they left I have been pushing Penn and Anthony to do this but again was not listen to and now they are back. I was at my Godson's wedding all weekend.
