According to the board's requirements, all the papers must be submitted by September 1st. However the office of risk management can not send their letter yet, since they are still waiting for the release notice from another government office, according to Ms. James. I have contacted Ms. James from the office of risk management numerous times in the past 3 weeks regarding this issue, however she is unable do anything before she gets the release notice. Therefore, I believe the given timeline of September 1st might not be reasonable. Please advice. Thank you, Dr. Shuliak EFTA00532731
