(if interested please email -First time students will receive 550 off a Level 1 - 8 week session Each party girl will receive a gift certificate for a free Intro class and an S Factor DVD. As an option, you may want to purchase side tie shorts, our Signature S Tanks, or even Sheila's Book for a gift bag to give to each party girl. ** If anyone signs up for a LEVEL 1 session or would like a private using their discount please let me know. Wear comfortable clothing similar to workout, or yoga attire, and you will be barefoot for the class.
