Hello Carolina and Eduardo,
The cowhide rug that was delivered for apartment 8H is in a light brown color as opposed to the ivory-
champagne, that I originally asked for, I actually doubled checked the color with Carolina when I personally was
at the store. I am not sure why this happened, but I would appreciate an exchange.
Please let me know how can we proceed.
