They will not accept the invoice you have given me because it says "Estimate" on it, and they take that as not being a final invoice that they are able to use for custom purposes. We would like this to ship out today. Can you please help with sending a complete and updated invoice to us today so we can get this shipped out as soon as possible. We have waited an extremely long time for this rug and it is so close now, I would hate to delay the process even longer over some simple paperwork. I would very much appreciate a response and acknowledgment of this email please. Thank you for your help with this matter.
