In Charlotte we spent the whole day at : http://usnwc.org/ And basically did everything they had to offer: rock climbing, canopy ropes course, paddle boarding, white water rafting, mountain biking. I am all bruised and scraped up! The back wheel of my bike came off as I was going down a steep rooty hill!! and I fell out of the white water raft like 8 times. It was alot of fun though.. Then today we rode bikes from Soho up to Central Park, did a loop of the park, then back down to Soho. If anything, I will be getting into really good shape dating this boy! So tired!
