I dont drink or smoke. it will be a share kitchen and bathroom. The rent is $400 including utilities and its gonna be 1 month deposit only. the place is near the M station train a few blocks and its on the 2nd floor of the building. its a quite place to stay lots of privacy. there lots of store also on the way which makes it more accessible in everything including laundry shop.
