It's a much bigger room than my own with two windows, so you can bring your own AC and such. There is a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom and shower. You can cook in the kitchen if you wish to. There is currently a couple living here. We are preferably looking for a female roommate, and preferably long term stay. The apartment is located a few streets away from the E and C trains. The F train is also close by. Also if you walk to Times Square which is about 10 blocks away, you can get the 1, 2, 3, 7, A, B, D, N, Q, R, W, V and S trains. The location is very convenient and there's a laundry mat downstairs, as well as a supermarket 2 to 3 blocks away. There is also a New York Public Library on the next block. There are also many restaurants near by if you chose to eat out. The bill for electricity and gas is also shared, however, the fee isn't that high each month. It ranges from $50 to $100. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO MOVE IN BY OCTOBER 1ST. HOWEVER, THE ROOM IS OPEN FOR VIEWING. PLEASE CALL TO ARRANGE A TIME TO COME SEE THE ROOM AND THE APARTMENT.
