I did tell Anthony the price. I found the contractors on Angie's List where they have reviews from people who
have used them on past projects, and one quote was from Tommy, Faith Kate's guy.
Penn's quote is labor only, electric and plumbing and the basic construction materials needed for that.
I have ordered the tiles, grout, toilet, sink fixture, shower head, handheld shower and shower fixtures which we
found yesterday which will be delivered Tuesday.
found 2 vanity and sink options just now which she
likes with a good lead time. So all that is left to find is the med cabinet and order shower doors, towel rail and
toilet paper holder.

I would like your approval to use Penn to do 8H bathroom. I have gotten quotes from 3 other contractors to
do the work, and they have all come back with a quote of $21,000-22,000 with the work taking 2-3 weeks.
Penn has given me a quote of $12,500 to do the work with a 2 week estimate. He can start the demo on
Monday. All of the materials will be delivered to the apt on Tuesday. He said as long as he has all materials
on hand, then he can be quick about doing the work. Also, since our tiles are quite large, that will save alot on
time. He said the reason Jen's took so long was we didn't have all the materials at once, and the subway tiles
take much longer to install than larger tiles.
All of the bathrooms he has done for us in the past has had a very good result, the building knows him, his
workers are already here, and his quote is almost half of other contractors. Is it OK to proceed with using
him?
