Penn's quote is labor only, electric and plumbing and the basic construction materials needed for that. I have ordered the tiles, grout, toilet, sink fixture, shower head, handheld shower and shower fixtures which we found yesterday which will be delivered Tuesday. found 2 vanity and sink options just now which she likes with a good lead time. So all that is left to find is the med cabinet and order shower doors, towel rail and toilet paper holder.
