If we can install easily, I want to arrange for the delivery and installation of all new kitchen appliances for 8H before we start painting which will be soon. thanks On Jun 15, 2012, at 12:28 PM, Anthony Barrett wrote: We have used this unit in two apartments and both times the waste line needed to be vented. "vented" in this text is NOT venting for the dryer however merely relates to venting the waste line so that one does not create negative pressure in the line which will cause a blockage. Andrew will find out from the plumber if this can be done without venting as it really is determined by the length of the waste line to the stack. The only thing they are saying would need to be done is for the electrical, an outlet would need to be installed and possibly a valve attachment added to tap into the cold water, not just the hot. This unit does not require a vent. I'm pretty sure we did this on apt as well after the kitchen was already installed and the dishwasher was in place. We took out the dishwasher and put in the washer/dryer after the fact. Can you please double check on this as I would really love to put in this unit as would Karyna in 8H. thanks On Jun 14, 2012, at 6:42 PM, Andrew wrote: Hello , You can change the existing dishwasher with another 24 " dishwasher but not with a washer /dryer because that would reqire the plumbing and waste line and vents to be changed . In order to do this at the very least the bottom cabinets need to be removed on the same side as the dishwasher to be able to break the wall to access so work could be done . We just did this in an apartment recently the plumbing alone costs about $4500 .The refrigerator can be ordered because they can remove that one upper cabinet the same day as the deivery . Please advise what day you will recieve the delivery Thank you Andrew From: To: Anthony Barrett < Ce: Andrew Lasso < Sent: Thursday, June 14. 2012 9.52 AM Subject: > http://www.Ig.com/us/washer-dryer-combos/Ig-WM3455HS-washer-dryer-combo EFTA00547415 I was going to change out my dishwasher for the above all in one washer dryer. I was also going to put one in 8H to replace the dishwasher. Do you see any reason it won't work? Just want to make sure before I schedule it to be delivered and installed. Also, Andrew, if you can pls let me know when the fridge can be delivered for 8H; if the cabinet above the existing refrigerator has been taken down so the 75" tall one will fit. I'd like to get the new appliances installed in 8H before the apt gets painted. Thanks.. Anthony Barrett Ossa Properties, Inc. 301 East 66th St NY NY 10065 EFTA00547416
