Mr. Epstein has been having a new sandwich every day recently, which needs the following ingredients:
-Eli's 7 grain bread
-Plain cream cheese
-Chives
-Good quality fresh mozarella
-Good quality ripe heirloom tomatoes
-Avocado
-Basil
-Olive oil
-Blaze balsamic vinegar
