Our exclusive, comprehensive and intensive Summer course, a 6-week course in International Etiquette and Protocol, takes place each year in June and July. The Summer course curriculum covers a very large number of subjects in Etiquette, Protocol, International Savoir-Vivre, Table Service & Hostessing and Floral Art & Table Decoration . There is also an interesting choice of extra and "one of a kind" courses that can be added to this program. This course is geared mainly to female students at, or having finished University, or who are already working. Students must be over 18 years old but we also have students in their 30's and 40's as there is no upper age limit. Accommodation for all courses is either in our own facilities or, for students who come with their family or prefer another environment, at a hotel nearby or in Montreux (5 minutes by car).
