Jeffrey would like to get Terje and Edward a present of Stubbs and Wooton shoes with their initials on them. He
is wondering if you might know Terje's and Edward's shoe sizes? They are sold in American whole and half
sizes. Your help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks..
Also, to confirm the correct way of monogramming their initials, would Terje just be TR, or TRL? and would
Edward be EJR?
