Hallo Marc,
die Infos, die im Vertrag addiert werden müssen, kannst Du mir gern schicken, dann werde ich sie addieren.
Es macht keinen Sinn, wenn alle im Vertrag Änderungen anbringen, dann muss bei jeder Änderung jeder
wieder den gesamten Vertrag Wort für Wort kontrollieren. Gerne kann man die Änderungen auch
handschriftlich anbringen und mir als pdf schicken, ich werde sie dann einarbeiten.
Abgesehen davon sollte jetzt als ERSTES die gewünschte AML von BANK ZU BANK erfolgen, bevor von
Käuferseite weitere Aktionen unternommen werden. Im Gegensatz zu der Meinung von Karyna wird die
AML nicht zuletzt, sondern ZUERST vorgenommen, denn sonst macht alles andere keinen Sinn. Beispiel:
Versteigerungen bei grossen Auktionshäusern oder Booten und auch Immobilien, etc.: Vor Zulassung zur

Versteigerung muss die Bank des Bieters direkt an das Auktionshaus bestAtigen, dass der Bieter uber die
notigen Mittel verftigt and sie sauber sind, sonst wird er nicht zur Auktion zugelassen.
