From: Mark Lloyd < Ma> To: Subject: Reference letter to LGT Bank Date: Fri, 12 Apr 2019 08:51:42 +0000 Dear Karyna, Here is a possible solution which might circumvent the situation with LGT and Deutche. That is that Deutsche disclose the ultimate beneficiary to LGT, but on the very strict understanding that it is not further disclosed to their client. Likewise LGT may disclose the name of their ultimate beneficiary to Deutche, without necessarily disclose it to you. This provides a way that both banks can be satisfied that all is `bona fides', yet total confidentiality is still maintained for both the buyer and the seller. Just an idea.
