Over 16 million pets go to an emergency clinic every year, and taking these steps now will ensure that you can access Chiyo's complete medical record (i.e. labwork etc..) when you need them the most. Chiyo's records have already been uploaded, and are ready for you to view. In order to access Chiyo's records, please register with and verify ownership of your email.
