Please find attached my invoice for my engagement fee.
I reviewed the estimate for Budd Woodworking which I think fair as his work is superb. I will oversee the work
which should be completed within 6-8 weeks from time of deposit.
Also I have been in contact and am ordering from Ananbo the paper for the island. As they do not have a New
York representative I am working directly with them.
I look forward to creating some very stylish guest rooms in 9 E. 71st street.
