Bottom line is i am just exhausted trying to keep up with all this stuff this week, lunch's, dinners, impromtu hors d' oeuvres partys... and then keeping after the service aspect of all of it. i haven't received any emails or calls from him yet but i am sure i will. do you think it would be best to send him an email first apologizing? or just wait to see what happens?
