As for Saudi it's not possible to get a visa when you get there as they check visas to board the flights.
Unfortunately, it take a while to get a visa and is out of the Bandar's hands since its controlled by the Foreign
office. Also, right now with the Hajj (holy pilgrimage) having started they aren't giving out visas until its over.
