I did. It's much nicer than 4M. Bathroom and kitchen already renovated ;-) Floors are glossy reddish brown
wood and walls are an off white. I don't see the need to put any work into it. It's not as modem as I would like
and not the wood floor color I like, but is in good condition and doesn't need work. I guess we should just ask JE
if he wants to let her pick her own furniture and I can send the 4M stuff to the ranch
