Five Palms - Outside furniture —tie down cushions to resolved wind issues - COMPLETE - Picture frame — on site, 86 x 70 — to forward selected picture, will frame locally - Mirrored siding — reglued 5 more section 10/2, will continue to reglue as sections fall off - 17 new sections and glue purchased — EDA on STT 10/27 - Piano re-tuning — COMPLETE 4. Grotto - Mattress cover — completion expected 10/30 5. Berm/Top of Hill - Hydroseed all top of hill/berm — COMPLETE - rain continues to wash away seed in areas 6. Triangle - Must design triangle — awaiting JE direction - Palms will be relocated once Lull is repaired 7. Flagpole Pool Cabana - Furniture —desk from Paris —.arranging shipping to STT - Pace clock — unit rusted — ordered 2 new units -1 for backup — due on site 11/8 - Auto closer on toilet door — David (carpenter) - COMPLETE - Add some lights near steps — COMPLETE —JE to review when on site 8. Beach Office - complete electrical overall required - waterproofing/sealing/painting/replace rotten wood — David (carpenter) — will begin 10/26 21. LSJ Mooring — Darren spoke with Army Corp 10/17 — still working on environmental report, will forward ASAP 22. Hangar - Fuel Containment Pad — via Cecile 10/25 — there is an issue with the site possibly being in a flood zone. Reviewing with Jaredian Design Group (John Woods). 23. Steel shed — Buck Steel drawings on site. JE requested that American Steel cost out the price for a new shed also requesting cost of removal of existing bolt pattern & epoxy in new anchors 24. Equipment Purchased - (3) Terex RL-4000 6kW Light Tower systems — delivery to Tropical by 10/29 - (1) Skid steer forks — awaiting delivery to Tropical - (1) 2012 John Deere 5101E tractor with 553 loader and 8' blade — delivered to Tropical 10/25 — will sail as soon as space is available - (1) 2003 Genie Z60/34 Boom lift — arranging delivery to Tropical - (2) 2013 54-Express electric golf cars purchased — EDA on STT 10/27 - (1) 2012 Ford F450 Dump truck— on site - (1) 2012 JCB 8035Z Mini Excavator purchased - $39,455 10/22 — awaiting delivery to Tropical 25. LSJ Mats — for all locations — ordered 9/22 — Logo approved 10/16 — in production 26. Containers — 2 off site 10/18, 3rd off site 10/20. RO & Generators in remaining container, will be removed once Lull repaired 27. Stone Walls — Repair work to replace missing loose stones — Gerry & TJ working as time permits 28. Part Time Employees — focus on finding housekeepers — have a potential candidate, working the next week. Interviewing 2 others on 10/27 via contact in Botany Bay. Employment Company Anna found was unable to provide anyone. 29. Heli Pad - reinstall windsock to north side of helipad - wind sock for Heli pad on LSJ is ordered and will arrive next week in Palm Beach 30. Cisterns — need to be cleaned /sealed. Vendor on site 10/20 to review scope of work — quoted expected 10/27 31. Solar - lights installation COMPLETE - JE does not like the "white light", likes a "soft white" light — JE to review when on site - Revised proposal from Pure Logic submitted to JE via email 10/22 32.
