Hi Rich,
Jeffrey is interested in hiring a couple (Carluz and Arlene) to run the 9 E 71st house. He has interviewed them
already and would like to move on to the next step and have them fill out the necessary documents and have the
background check done, the usual process that you normally do.
I have told them that I will put them in touch with you for that, so I will send a separate email to you and them
together. Could you please take it from there and do what is necessary?
