We also have again attached the IDEA "Course and Travel Planner". This document provides you with important information about travel, arrival and course start. Hotel: Your hotel is booked at the Hotel Pullman San Francisco Bay in Redwood City for arrival on 11/29/2017 and departure on 12/04/2017. About 1 week before the course start, we will be sending you your confirmation number. Pick up in the hotel and course start: Course participants will be met in the main lobby of the hotel by a member of the IDEA team at 07:25am. The transportation to IDEA departs at 7:30 am each morning. There is one shuttle to IDEA in the morning. If you are late for this shuttle, you will need to take a taxi. Each evening the shuttle will return the group to the hotel after the course or dinner. Meals and dietary restrictions: You will be having breakfast with the instructor and your fellow participants at IDEA. During the day you will enjoy lunch, snacks, a "Welcome" reception and "Networking" dinner on the first day and a "Celebration" dinner on the last day of the course. All meals are freshly prepared by our in-house chef. If you have special dietary needs, please let us know. We will be happy to accommodate you as long as we have advance notice. Items to bring: Every lab station is equipped with a microscope, but you might want to bring your loupes as well with you. Learn, Enjoy, Live. is our motto. During meals and evening social time you can discuss cases, techniques, and issues relevant to your practice. Bring your own cases We invite you to bring your own patient cases to the course to discuss with both faculty and other course attendees.
