This is just a follow-up to my e-mail earlier today.
The Appfolio tenant online payment portal will be live in January 2017!
So henceforth, you may leave your rent/common charge check with the doorman at 301 E 66 St, mail it to our
office, or pay online once the tenant portal is up and running.
