The dimensions of the tent when it is packed for shipping - will it be in a crate, on a pallet, in its m% n storage container, and the length, width, height and weight of said package. When do you wish to ship the tent, and which port will it depart from. The tent will probably ship from Saudi Arabia to the continental United States prior to coming to St. Thomas. US Customs will need documents detailing the tent and the value in US dollars. I will email any additional questions the shipping companies have once I have your responses.
