You'll know what I mean when you see it hanging around clinic). Also, the locker situation: 1. If you can get into your locker and it's empty. Great! Skip to #3. 2. If people are still in your locker, don't panic. They got until June 17th to move out. 3. I talked to John, and we need to move out of our lockers (on VC8) by Friday, June 20th. If you are on June vaca and can't move out before then, don't worry John's got a list and will keep track. And other important notes: 4. If you have problems with your chair, fill out the form and have a clinic manager sign it (ie. Iris and others I don't know). "The form" can be found on the 8th floor across from the autoclave area. 4a. If you have problems with your locks (either the combo box or the chair locks), let either John or Dr. Harris know. They'll tell the locksmith. 5. John is gone May 30th to June 16th. Don't bother him. If you need denture teeth, it'll get filled out. Follow the prescription order directions attached. 6. Jay of Henry Schein will be out in August. Congratulations everyone! We are the big guys on campus now.
