Can you tell me what the J-1 was for specifically? 3-1 can be used for many purposes, such as foreign exhange students, journalists, interns for internship programs, etc. I know you brought in all your documents regarding your asylum case. I apologize for the inconvenience, but would you be able to scan those documents to me? Those documents would give me a better idea of your asylum case. In addition our legal fee for the I-539 reinstatement is $2,000. The Immigration fee for the I-539 is $290.
