Island activities / projects ongoing for the week ending 20 April 2001. YOU WILL HAVE PICTURE OF FINISHED WORK E MAILED TOM TO JEE PROJECT E MAIL I. Boats Seamore Minor wiring and painting details need to be finalized in the forward cabin. Work will be done around boat usage Nanna is in the water. The yard is busy finishing the woodwork, installing the new windscreen wipers, rewiring the electrics. All work is scheduled to be finished by Tuesday next week with clean up to follow. Lady "G" . Seats have been repaired and new windscreen ordered. New island boat - All info has been passed onto Larry who is investigating. 2. Concrete slab at engineering. You indicated that Miles should build the slab. Miles has started to cast the cement blocks that will support the containers. DPNR has completed the inspection and we are awaiting the permit to start the building. Tracy is coordinating the permit. 3. Steel shed for vehicle storage area. This has been ordered and is scheduled for delivery to the island during May. 4. Cart paths. You pointed out areas that need to be corrected or additions to be made. These include an entrance to the gully that forms part of the saddle that leads to the lookout point facing Dog Island - Completed. There is another point that we need to gain access to. This should be completed by Monday. The point overlooking French Cap needs to be enlarged. This is completed. A small portion of the roads need to be resurfaced. Miles will complete once the new cuttings are done. 5. Flag pole lighting — Miles has ordered two additional lights to be added to the current setup. The whole solar panel system needs to be repositioned or hidden. This is due to occur next week. 6. Dock. Tracy has received an extension to our existing permit to request alterations to the initial plans submitted for permitting. The alterations and discussions are between Tracy Frank and Rhett. Tracy is off island this week. You wanted Miles to seek costs to extend the existing dock . Miles had a brief discussion about this with Tracy before she left and will finalize when she gets back. Their initial EFTA00577730 thoughts would be to set in place a floating structure to avoid the hassle of permitting etc. I will give you all the details as I get them. Dock lighting. You wanted to install surface lights on the dock. The lights and will instaled as soon as possible. Dock boxes. Purchase two new dock boxes with built in seats. 7. General bush clearing. We are to clear the dead bush from around the large salt pan and along the sides of the cart paths. This is ongoing and we have now completed 50% of the paths. 8. Cactus planting. Matt is investigating the possibility of transplanting the cactus bushes. These are to be replanted around the small salt pan. 9. Sweet smelling plants. These have been planted around the master bedroom and placed in pots around the great room. Miles has requested more of the same from Matt and they should be on island next week. 10. Master bedroom roof. Balance of the material arrived yesterday. The roof should be completed by Tuesday next week. II. Lights. A delivery of stone light fittings arrived yesterday. Please indicate where they should be positioned. 12. Beach decks and lookouts. These need to be oiled with tung oil. The oil has been ordered. 13. Grass path entrance needs to be expanded. You gave Miles the dimensions and this will be done next week. 14. Massage deck on beach. You wanted the sand raked and stone free. This is scheduled for next week. 15. Yoga Deck (Curved look-out deck) needs steps - This is completed. 16. Walking trails. You indicated you want some walking trails combined with steps to various points on the island (Eg Stony beach below the curved yoga deck). Miles is looking for possible sites and solutions to achieve this. 17. Telephone systems. Steve Scully is scheduled to be on island next week to deal with the following: GM call waiting GM line not ringing in the office Master bedroom toilet - install telephone Reinstall re-dial feature EFTA00577731 18. Computers. Mark is sending the island a new computer. It is being sent Mon/Tues. This is to be installed in the cupboard in the office. The existing computer will be reinstalled on the office desk. Both to have the same setup and features. 19. Ruins on hill. Bruce to get as much info as possible before your next visit. 20. Purchase portable generator as approved. Ordered and awaiting delivery from Grainger power tools. 22. Heli pad. Paint the railings white. As these are stained to match the steps, the stain does not allow paint to adhere. Please advise? After being advised of the identities of the interviewing Agents and the nature of the interview, SCULLY provided the following information: SCULLY advised that he worked for JEFFREY EPSTEIN on his private island from approximately 1999-2005 or 2006. During this time period he primarily worked as EPSTEIN's telecommunications technician and helped to install internet and phone systems on the island. During this time period SCULLY estimated that he visited/ worked on the island approximately 100 times. He described EPSTEIN as "a pretty bad guy" and "an intense man". SCULLY knew of two property managers that worked on the island named MILES ALEXANDER and CATHY ALEXANDER. EPSTEIN
