After careful consideration of the plans for the new gym, the following concerns are raised :

The plans call for some complex wooden beams which must be manufactured in the USA and
shipped to us.<br>
There are also specialized jointing requirements that must also be shipped.<br>
<br>
The capacity and capability to construct the gym is not a problem as we have all the
necessary manpower to complete the gym.<br>
<br>
However, one concern is the mid October early December deadline given the restraints listed
above.<br>
<br>
Our proposal is as follows :<br>
<br>
The new gym front balcony is located where the existing gym is currently positioned. Instead
of destroying the gym first, we propose that the old gym is left intact whilst we build the
new gym interior. On completion of this area we will then dismantle the old gym and finish
off the new gym. This way you will always have an area to exercise in.<br>
