These invoices date back to September and run through November. I have received no remittance as of today for these. I know their was concern over the new 2 EFTA00595125 monthly fee however I provided a notification letter (attached) several weeks before the increase and received no response from the offices regarding this issue. I would appreciate some clarification as to the payment of these past and overdue invoices as well as the monthly fee. can reduce our hours to bring down the monthly fee if that is requested. We have maintained our maintenance hours on the grounds each week and even had irrigation repair work done several times in the last couple of weeks. I hope to hear from you at your earliest convenience. I have also included within the attachment a notice and proposal for Ficus White Fly pesticide applications. There is Ficus tree and hedge materials on the grounds that are quite susceptible to this feeding insect population. Without any treatment, it is quite possible that the entire Ficus population could be lost due to this insect. I would like a response to this application proposal at your earliest convenience as well. Thank you. This is a single application of two different chemicals that attack the various stages of the pest. They are systemic, traveling throughout the entire plant structure and last for approximately 3 months within the plant tissue. The University of Florida recommends 4 applications during a one year period to control the Ficus White Fly. This proposal is only for one single application however we recommend that the other 3 applications be administered in 90 day intervals. Again, this recommendation follows the University of Florida's pest control advisory for Ficus White Fly. Cost- $850.00 per application Please let me know at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
