I think we need to tie the RRA expenditures for litigation to the furtherance of the Ponzi Scheme and the fact that JEE had to spend moneyto resist those efforts. Other than that, the document looks good to me and I suggest that it be filed. I have reviewed Tonja's comments and I do not understand what she means by a "pinpoint citations" unless she is speaking of a reference to a particular page within a cited case. We need to make sure that this summary is not only filed but that a copy is hand delivered to Judge Hafele. In most instances, the clerk does not provide a copy to the judge and it is incumbent upon the movant to make sure the judge has a copy for review, prior to the hearing.
