The new trust is called the APOI Agreement. Kindly prepare an Endorsement (as of December 31, 2013) to the fine art insurance policy to remove the Black 2006 Family Trust as a Named Insured and to add "Barry J. Cohen, Richard Ressler and John J. Hannan, as Trustees under the APO1 Agreement" as an additional Named Insured. Please call if you have any questions. Best regards.
