LANSDCAPE SERVICES PROPOSAL 3/22/13 Project Name: Zorro Ranch Phase One Area between Main Bldg and Staff House - DOG RUN area: Plant Removal to prepare for new plantings Upper Terrace by Kitchen: Remove two ponderosa trees, grind stump, dispose to dump trailer by owner Transplant Hawthorn to new location by the building Upper Terrace by the Library: Remove one Juniper, cut stump below grade, dispose to dump trailer by owner Remove misshapen Hawthorn by the Juniper Transplant Hawthorn to new location by the building Bowl Garden Terrace by the Pool and transition area to the native landscape on both sides: Prune privctts and other shrubby plants at transition zone Prune dccidious trees at pool entrance Library/ Office Terrace Prune and shape dogwood Prune and shape plants in transition zone outside stone wall all the way to water feature at the end of chess lawn Remove and stockpile catmint for transplanting in Ph. 2 Chess Lawn Garden Prune, shape, amend and replant Spirea at fountain to balance Shape and prune groupings of sumacs Shape and prune dogwood Shape and prune dccidious trees on both sides of the lawn Grand Entry Area Move Spirea to back of planter in all quadrants to prepare for Juniper infill Remove ornamental grass behind existing Ponderosa Shape and prune holly throughout as needed to balance Shape and prune Viburnum in all quadrants and alongside back of garage for balance Phase One Total (excluding sales tax): $7,638.62 EFTA00612208
