Jeffery Epstein CGC 1514471 Proposal #15-173 El BnIto Way Palm Beach, Florida STAFF HOUSE Description Extension PAINTING: Sand, prep and paint all interior walls and ceikng with 2 coats of Benjamin Moore paint Sand and $ 13.950 00 paint all doors and trim with 2 coats of acrylic satin paint Sand and stain the existing wood floor area under the office desk. ( refinishing of entire office wood floor not included ) GUEST BATHROOM: Repair the water damaged drywall behind the Guest bathroom #1 toilet. Replace the $ 2,975 00 guest bathroom water damaged vanity cabinet ( counter top and faucet to remain ) supply a new glass bypass shower door. LAUNDRY ROOM: Remove existing waterheater, laundry equipment and deteriorated floor tile, rebuild the $ 6,195.00 waterheater pedistal with new 3/4 inch painted plywood. Float and level laundry room floor, supply and install new 12 x 12 white / grey fleck vinyl VCT flooring with moisture inhibitor glue. ( excessive floor leveling or subtloor repairs at additional fee ) Replace laundry room faucets ( 2 ) Reinstall the existing water heater on the new closet pedestal. AIR CONDITIONING: Replace all existing HVAC supply / retum grills ( 21 ) and exhaust fans ( 3 ) in al $ 1850.00 rooms. SUBTOTAL $ 24,970.00 Labonte Construction Overhead and Profit 11% $ 4,494.60 TOTAL $ 29.464.60 Exclusions: All unforseen rotted wall and floor framing and rough plumbing, window treatment and furniture removal or reinstallaiton, appliances, HVAC equipment and systems, water heater, additional drywall repairs. "This Contract" by and between Labonte Construction Services LLC and property Owner Mr. Jeffery Epstein become effective as of date of owners signature on this proposal. Owner agrees to payment terms below per the scope of work identified on the work description. Starling on the Commencement Date of and within thirty (30) days of permit issuance and readiness of the jobsite. Labonte Construction Services LLC agrees to provide the labor and materials per the description listed above. Al additional or changes in work by owner, architect or building dept is to be implimented per an owner approved change order plus 15% over cost. Pay schedule: . 50%due at contract signing for scheduling and material order. 40% of contract amount due at painting completion Remaining 10% of contract at completion.
