LAUNDRY ROOM: Remove existing waterheater, laundry equipment and deteriorated floor tile, rebuild the $ 6,195.00 waterheater pedistal with new 3/4 inch painted plywood. Float and level laundry room floor, supply and install new 12 x 12 white / grey fleck vinyl VCT flooring with moisture inhibitor glue. ( excessive floor leveling or subtloor repairs at additional fee ) Replace laundry room faucets ( 2 ) Reinstall the existing water heater on the new closet pedestal. Labonte Construction Services LLC agrees to provide the labor and materials per the description listed above. Al additional or changes in work by owner, architect or building dept is to be implimented per an owner approved change order plus 15% over cost.
